イオンのフードコートで南インド料理だと！？
近日オープンという看板を見ては今か今かと待っていました。
ある日嫁さんから「オープンしたで」というメールを受け取り、
そそくさと会社を切り上げ、そのままフードコートに突入。
フードコートに外国の方がお店を出しているのは新鮮ですね。
メニューにはビリヤニ、各種カレーなどいろいろあります。
私はチキンビリヤニとタンドリーチキンを注文。ビリヤニ初挑戦です。
ビリヤニを一口食べた瞬間、そこにはタージマハルがありました。（南インドではない）
とにかく美味い。オレンジの風味と複数のスパイスがおりなすハーモニー。
結構辛いので、苦手な方は気をつけてください。
一緒についてきたヨーグルトみたいなのは使い方がわからないので、
ビリヤニにかけて食べてました。味が少しマイルドになります。（後で調べたらサラダらしい）
タンドリーチキンは味がしっかりと付いていて美味しかったです。
まだ出来たばかりという事もあり、注文から出てくるまでの時間が少し長いですが、
それ以上の満足が得られました。次はマトンビリヤニを攻めます！
