正月一番の買物を済ませた後に、昭和元年創業の「「安価堂」さんへ寄りました。
ファミリーが好きな「でっち羊かん」と「冬の大福餅」を買う為です。
呼び方が「水ようかん」ではなく「でっち羊かん」となっているところに歴史と由来を感じます。以前に『全国菓子大博覧会』の有功金賞を受賞されておられます。独特のピンク色の箱を開けると黒砂糖を使った手作り感の強い「水ようかん」(原材料:小豆こし餡・砂糖・黒砂糖・寒天)が現れます。甘さも柔らかさも普通だと思います。だから売れるのでしょうかね。でも冬期間だけなので、買われる方はお問い合わせください。ちなみに、昔昔使用されていた漆の箱も見せてくださって、息子と感動を共有しました。
次に、この和菓子屋さんのボリュームイッパィの「季節の大福餅」です。内容は四季の移り変わりと共に年に4回変わっていきます。この日は「冬の大福餅」を買い求めました。中には、バナナ・クリームチーズ・みかんが入っておりまして、当然のようにヤワヤワモッチモッチで美味しく頂きました。ちなみに「春の大福餅」には、こし餡・クリームチーズ・桜あん・苺がヨモギ餅の中に入っているようです。
この他に、「みかん餅」もファミリー分買い求めました。甘さと酸っぱさのバランスが絶妙です!!!
