口開け狙いでやって来た。
場所はJR「大船駅」東口下車。降り立った目の前の
信号を渡り交番の手前を右折して進み3本目を左折。
2つ目の四つ角を過ぎて左に大船市場を過ぎたらすぐ
左にあります。
二代目と思われる大将にカウンターに案内されます。
屋号の「勝」は先代のお名前からのようです。
いただきましたのは、
◇極上ちらし 2700円
丼ではなく、2部屋に分かれたお重にタネとシャリ
が収まっていました。キレイキレイです✨
そのタネは 生海老、焼海老、勘八、鮪赤身、鮪トロ
穴子、赤貝、珍しいところでは 縁側、白子が底に敷
き詰めらたワカメの上に泳いでいました。その他に
も これでもかー!と高級タネが盛り沢山。豪華❗️
酢飯のシャリはカタメで同じ重箱ながら左右に分か
れていることでなんとなくお上品にいただけました。
お椀は海老の頭の出汁が出て染み渡る美味い味噌汁
でした。
⭐️いろいろな意味で地域密着されているようです。
長く同じ地で商いを続けている地力の強さを感じら
れる。この先も60年100年とで日本の食文化を大船
の地で守って欲しい。
