そう、その名の通り 店内はまさに劇場です。
予約必須ですよ~
劇場の客席のような 扇型のカウンター席が人気。
2階席からは、調理場を見下ろせ壮観です。
その2階席へは 桶に料理を入れて、滑車を使って引き上げます。
今回 我々は1階席。
まず、かつおは必須ですね。
"かつお塩タタキ"と"かつお刺身"を。
やっぱ、土佐のかつおは 身も豪快に切られ、風味も豊か!!
他の土地では味わえませんね。
"川エビ塩焼き"
四万十川で獲れるテナガエビは貴重です。
パリッと焼かれて、しっかり身も詰まっています。
ビールとの相性バツグン!!
となれば、同じく四万十川で育った"青さ"。
「"青さのり天ぷら"お願いしま~す。」
えっ?お休み?…あらら残念⤵
では、"四万十鶏の砂肝唐揚"いっときましょう。
おやっ!!
想像以上の食感と旨味。
ビールが止まらん。
ビールの次は、四万十の誇る栗焼酎 "ダバタ火振り"。
こいつはロックで!!
栗のほのかな香りと、ソフトな甘みがこれまた堪らん。
四万十満喫劇場でした!!
