昨年春日町にオープンした、鮨德さんへ行ってみました。
以前からぜひ行ってみたかった寿司店です。
店主は、銀座の鮨竹という名店出身とのことです。
オープンから1年程度で、あっという間に宮城県で1、2を争うくらいの
人気寿司店になりましたね。
何度か予約を試みましたが、いつも満席…。
この日は日曜ということもあり、何とか大丈夫でした。
開店とほぼ同時にお伺いしました。
カウンター席へ案内、先客は既に2名いらっしゃいました。
この日も予約で満席のようでした。早めに電話して良かった…。
おつまみから開始、お刺身、酒蒸し、フライ等です。
鮑の酒蒸し…身はもちろん、肝もツユも素晴らしい美味しさ。
貝類のツユは本当に旨みが濃縮されてて美味しいなぁ。
太刀魚のフライは、初めて頂くかも。
あまり太刀魚を頂くこと自体ないので、なかなか新鮮な気分です。
続いて握りへ、十数貫ほどございました。(詳細はお写真を)
シャリは赤酢です、大きさはほどよい加減かと思います。
ネタは変わったところですと、のどぐろあたりでしょうかね。
煮貝あたりも、頂くのは意外と久しぶりだったりします。
個人的には鰹が好き、戻り鰹シーズンですしいいタイミングだね。
寿司ですとマイナーかもしれませんが、好きなものは仕方ないw
もちろん、鮪、平目、穴子等、どれを取っても上質です。
評判どおりの素晴らしいお店でした。
お値段的にも、十分その価値があるクオリティだと思います。
むしろ…お江戸だったら1.5倍以上はするんだろうなぁ…という
くらいハイクオリティですね。
