水曜夜は野暮用で銀座へ。
ということで、「日本焼肉はせ川 別亭 銀座店」に訪問です。
店内に入るとなんとも侘び寂びのある雰囲気。
内装は日本を代表する職人があしらえた一点物ばかり。
食べる前からテンションあがっちゃいます。
ということで本日は月替りの35000円コースをいただきます。
3月のコース名は「弥生」。
まずはビアーで乾杯しつつ、スナップエンドウのすりおろしでおなかを整えます。
その後出てきたのは黒毛和牛と筍寿司。
見た目にまず圧倒!
お味も一級品でした。
その後、八寸、御造り、サラダとどれも素晴らしい出来。
そんなこんなでお待ちかねの肉!
まずは近江牛シャトーブリアン。
じっくり焼き上げたら、粉雪のような塩をぱらぱら。
程良い塩身と肉の甘さが絶妙です。
そして、商標登録してるらしい神谷氏が手掛ける神のシリーズの肉!
神のタン、ハラミと、今までの常識を覆す肉体験です。
茶碗蒸しなどを挟んでサーロイン、そして天ぷらなもいただけちゃいます。
締めはうれしい土鍋!
神戸牛リブロースを入れた汁物といっしょにきんき土鍋ご飯をいただきました。
デザートはホットなどら焼き!
温かい状態で美味しくなるよう工夫されてるそうでう、初のホットどら焼き体験です。
甘すぎないのですが、抹茶もあり、ほのかな苦みと併せて美味しくいただけました。
コースの内容は、どれも初めての体験といえるような創意工夫ばかり。
毎月通って、月ごとの驚き体験をしてみたいものですねぇ。
