初訪
京都在住の御仁より何故か?都内でのランチのお誘い。三連休初日とは露知らずにokしておりました...
地下鉄「表参道駅」から南下して4-5分の低層マンションの路面店乍ら、閑静な立地。
内外観共に非常に落ち着いた雰囲気です。
夜の席は常に満席のようですが、ランチ営業されているのは、未だ認知されていないようで、貸切り状態でした...
ウェルカム水出し煎茶の後にご登場した御料理は、

貸切り状態だったこともあり、滞在1.5時間とあっという間のランチでした...ポン酒一合(伯楽星:純吟)頂いて、お会計は24.5千円位です。
以下、食した所感。
・事前予習無しで伺いましたが、カウンターから見える庭の景色に出身店の「未在」を感じられます。
・食材は一部の豊洲を除き、京丹後を中心とした関西産をご使用との印象。
・料理の構成として、価格設定的に質素に感じられるかも知れませんが、本来の「茶懐石」をピン食材を駆使した現代風の「茶懐石」と感じます。
・①-④ は見事な一汁三菜の構成。本来は⑥が主役の筈ですが、⑤ の〆(特に艶のある近江米)が1番の御馳走に思えました。
・当店の甘味が◎過ぎて、この後に購入した和菓子が大きく見劣りしてしまいました...
・① の器(魯山人)、酒器(バカラのアンティーク)等、店主のモテナシの気持ちが伝わるのも、久し振りに和食の奥ゆかしさを感じます。
