「鮨 龍馬」は、六本木駅から徒歩2,3分の場所にある"熟成鮨"が楽しめる寿司屋です。なお、木曜日と金曜日は、和食割烹店として営業しています。
この日は、平日の19時30分に予約して2人で訪れました。
店内は、清潔感があり、肩肘張らずに過ごすことができます。客席は、カウンター席に加え、掘りごたつの個室も2部屋あります。
メニューは、おまかせコースのみで、税込22,000円から用意されています。
そのなかから、「プレミアム鮨コース(税込27,500円)」を注文。

一つ一つ丁寧に仕込まれたネタを堪能できる内容でした。
「ズワイガニの茶碗蒸し」は、目の前で黒トリュフを削ってから提供されます。燻製チーズやカニ味噌も入った贅沢な一品でした。
にぎりのシャリは、赤酢を"バチバチ"に効かせたタイプではなく、まろやかな味わいに仕上げられています。
「マグロの大トロ」は、シャリと大トロの間にトロのたたきが挟まれた一貫。口当たりの良さとトロの食感を楽しむことができました。
「2種類のマグロの手巻き」は、いぶりがっこと一緒に巻かれた「トロたく」と「脳天」の2種類が提供されます。どちらも美味しかったですが、脳天の口どけの良さが印象的でした。
大将は、物腰がやわらかく、話しやすかったので、カウンター寿司デビューをする際は、候補の一つに入れてみては、いかがでしょうか?
