【概要】
美味しい料理屋さんが立ち並ぶ神楽坂の一角にあるカウンターのお鮨屋さん。
月曜日から日曜日まで定休日なくランチのコース、ディナーのコースをそれぞれ楽しめます。銀座のミシュラン獲得店が出店をしており、料理長厳選の食材から作る美しい料理と本格江戸前鮨を併せたコースは格別です。こだわりの食材は全国区各地の漁業や市場から新鮮な食材を厳選しており、実際私が訪問した際も北海道から九州まで幅広い産地で採れた食材を提供いただきました。
店内は非常に綺麗で落ち着きのある上質なカウンター席とテーブル個室があるため、接待や会食、デートにも最適です。お客さんの会話を重視して江戸前鮨の魅力を伝えていきたいというお店の思いから、丁寧にお鮨や食材に関する説明をしてくれるのも魅力的で、お陰で非常にいい極上のひと時を過ごすことができました!

総じてボリュームも料理のクオリティも大満足なコースでございました!!
その日の仕入れによって提供内容は多少前後するものの、脂の多い魚の後には白身系のあっさりとしたお鮨を提供してくれるなど、最後までコースを楽しむ工夫を終始してくださり、とてもいい時間を過ごさせていただきました。
全ては書ききれないので個人的に印象に残った料理をレポいたします!
◇北海道稚内のキンキ
これまであまりキンキをカウンター鮨で食べたことがなかったのですが、意外にも口に入れた瞬間とろけるような濃厚な味わいで驚きました。シャリを完全に飛び出すほどの大きなネタは非常に満足感があり、無限に食べたくなってしまうほどでございました!
◇天然ヒラメのエンガワ
こんなに肉厚なエンガワは初めて頂きました。口の中がいっぱいになってしまうほどの肉厚だからこそのプリプリとした触感をより一層堪能することができます。ひとつ前に頂いたキンキが比較的脂多めでまろやかな口当たりだったのに対し、エンガワはプリっとした触感とあっさりした味わいが非常に口当たり良く絶品です!
◇アブラボウズの西京焼きと万願寺唐がらし
こちらは焼き物として頂きました。
アブラボウズはその名の通り脂を多く持った魚であることは知っていましたが、いざ食べてみるとそのジューシーさには驚かされます。口に含んだ瞬間アブラボウズの濃厚な旨味が口いっぱいに広がります。そしてまたピリッと辛い万願寺トウガラシとの相性が抜群。この組み合わせだけでもお酒が何杯でも飲めてしまうほど癖になってしまう逸品でございました!
