名古屋駅近くのエスカの中にある煮込うどん山本屋本店にお邪魔しました！
昼ピーク帯の11時30分頃に着きましたが、やはり満席！
ただ、カウンター席が結構あるので1人だと割と早く入れる印象です！
自分は10分もしないで入店出来ました！
久しぶりに食べる味噌煮込みうどんにテンションが上がりお高いですが、名古屋コーチン入りの味噌煮込みうどんにしました！
卵の火入れの加減なども選べます！
うどんには無料で漬物が付いて来ます！
これがまた絶品で大根最高に美味い。
昔名古屋に住んでた時は別店舗でしたが良く食べに行っててその時はご飯も漬物も食べ放題だったのですが物価高の影響ですかね、、
味噌煮込みうどんはスープの色は濃く見えますが意外とあっさりして食べ易く美味です！
名古屋コーチンも肉質が弾力があり旨みもあります。
久しぶりに食べましたが変わらぬ味で大満足でした！
