「名古屋名物」味噌煮込うどん専門店
名古屋名物の一つ、味噌煮込うどんの専門店。厳選したこだわりの生麺に、地元赤味噌・白味噌、かつおだしの旨味が効いた出汁で合わせたアツアツのうどんはやみつきになる味です。具には旬の食材などの限定メニューもご用意しておりますので、何度食べても飽きないのも人気の秘密。ご飯、自家製の漬物はおかわり自由なのも嬉しいところ！ |
平日の開店10分前に訪問。待ちなしですが、食べ終わる頃には店内４割ぐらいの客入りでした。
今回は牛もつ味噌煮込みうどんに海老天トッピング、ご飯と豪華に行きました。
まずはお漬物がでてきてそれを食べながら待ちます。すりおろしの生姜がついており、これをうどんに入れて食べても美味しかったです。
うどんは硬めで食べ応えがあります。ホルモンからの脂が溶け出ており味噌の旨味と合わさって美味。煮込まれたホルモンや海老天、汁と共にご飯をいただくのもまた楽しいですね！
山本屋本店の他店舗よりも1時間早く開店してくれるので旅行者にはありがたい。お土産うどんも近くで売っていたので忘れずに買いました！
