「ほくと亭」を代表する味噌ラーメンは、北海道産の味噌スープを焦がし玉ねぎラードで覆った濃厚な一杯。スープとよく絡むように、麺は北海道独自の縮れ麺を使用しました。 |
お馴染みのJR名古屋駅構内の驛麺通りの店舗で実施中の春の限定メニュー実施中でしたので食べてきました。
◆北海道産ほたて味噌らーめん〜ガーリックバター風味〜(1,200円)
ホタテの身のほか、コーンやわかめなど具沢山な味噌バターラーメン。スープが濃厚なぶん麺は太め。
◆半チャーハン（280円）
全てのラーメンにセットでつけられます。レンゲではなくスプーンで掬って食べます。
たっぷり大粒のコーンを掬うのに便利な穴あきレンゲは珍しいです。全般的に機能性というか食べやすさを重視したお店だと思います。
