本日の夕食1軒目は名古屋駅前の「江南 ＪＲセントラルタワーズ店」さんです。こちらではザ・名古屋ラーメン的なものが食べられそうです。
それでは「らーめん」と「自家製杏仁プリン」をください。
着丼です。まずはスープから。豚と鶏の出汁にかえしは醤油。あっさりと塩気控えめで飲みやすいスープです。
麺はパツパツとした中細ストレート麺です。
トッピングはチャーシュー、刻みネギ、そしてたっぷりのもやしが乗っています。京都のラーメンに例えるならアキラ系に鶏を加えて食べやすくした感じ。
杏仁豆腐も美味しかったですよ。ごちそうさまでした。
