名古屋出張で是非食べたかった本場のひつまぶし。
鰻自体久しぶりだったが、ふっくらパリパリでこれは美味かった。
まずは肝焼きをビールに合わせて。
メインはせっかくなので特上ひつまぶし。ご飯大盛無料とのことで頼むと、すごいのが出てきた。圧倒的ボリューム！
ほじってもほじっても底が見えず。シャモジで茶碗によそい出汁に漬けても美味い。
でもそのままの味が一番良い。
中庭には老舗の品格。食べログで予約ができるのは有り難かった。他の店はほとんど電話予約で、空いてなかった。
地元のタクシーの運転手さんは店を知らなかったので観光客が主に利用するのかも知れませんが、大満足でした。
