I want to eat eel in the morning without lining up!! So I went to Unato, which opens at 10am and can make reservations ♡ What I had was ↓↓ ◾️ Jo-jo Hitsumabushi (changed liver soup) The size gets bigger in the order of Jo → Tokujo → Daimyo Hitsumabushi, but even the Jo-jo was full of eel! ♡♡♡ The broth for the Hitsumabushi was also delicious ♩ There were lots of side dishes, including wasabi, Nara pickles, green onions, lightly pickled Chinese cabbage, seaweed, Japanese pepper, and chili pepper! The eel was crispy as if it was deep-fried! It was grilled with a little more charring! I changed the soup that came with the Hitsumabushi to liver soup + 330 yen It felt like there was a liver in the soup ◾️ Grilled liver This was plump and delicious ♡ This was a lot of eel and was 980 yen, so it was a much better deal than the liver soup change!! ! !
