We went to Ryujin in Nagoya station. This restaurant is on the teppan Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) and is a popular place that is packed every day✨ I took my two cuties there for a dinner party. There were many a la carte dishes, but I was interested in this course, so I made a reservation at Tabelog. Matsu Sauteed live abalone with black Wagyu beef chateaubriand 10,000 -> 9,500 yen (tax included) It was 500 yen off if you made a reservation through Tabelog! Course Contents (8 courses) ▪️Special lobster soup ▪️Seasonal appetizers (example: Wagyu beef Sushi ・Simmered eggplant with lotus root・Loin of duck・Persimmon cream cheese・Cod milt) ▪️Seared tuna with tapenade sauce ▪️Roast beef salad with apple compote ▪️Live abalone and thick shiitake mushroom from Tokushima prefecture Teppan-yaki Liver Butter sauce ▪️ Chateaubriand of beef Steak ▪️ Seasonal vegetables Teppan-yaki ▪️ Aged Cow tongue Curry (Garlic rice can be changed, please ask at the time of reservation. (Garlic rice can be changed, please ask at the time of reservation) ▪️ Seasonal Sweetness Starting with the lobster soup, the appetizers were delicious! Cream spring rolls and fruit butter. Each bite was so impressive that the drinks went down a treat. We toasted with fruit sours, but I personally prefer the peach! And then there were all the luxurious ingredients such as chateaubriand, abalone, and roast beef, which were really delicious. Lastly, I looked at the curry a la carte and found that there were many more dishes I was interested in, so I would like to go back next year after the new year... I think they may still have some openings this year, so if you are interested, please go there. Thanks for the food.
