1人旅で名古屋。
ひつまぶしと味噌カツは食べたことあるなあ…手羽先もある…
せっかく名古屋に来たのだし、名古屋を感じられるかつ、食べたことのない食材、でお店選びしました。
ということで
●名古屋コーチン親子丼ときしめんセット 2,200円
名古屋コーチン親子丼は甘めの味付け。
名古屋コーチンはほどけていくというよりしっかり歯ごたえある感じ。出汁等の味付けがしみてる訳ではなく、結構鶏の味が口の中で広がりました。
きしめんは醤油っぽいというか、少し辛めだなと感じました。親子丼が甘めだったのでそう感じただけかもしれませんが、違う角度のお出汁の味でいいバランスでした。
なんか一気に名物２つも食べられて得した気分です。
