牛かつ定食1000円を頂きました。スープ、白飯付き。
牛かつは綺麗な狐色の外観。肉の中心部に仄かに紅色が残る火入れの米国産牛150gは柔らかい食感。別添の醤油系タレをつけると旨味が増幅するかな。
スパゲティは焼肉のタレを纏ったような味わい。若干違和感があるかな。
瑞々しいサラダは脂を中和してくれる。
総じて、お値打ちランチ。ダイニングは4席卓のみで明るい照明とダークブラウン系のシックな雰囲気。自家製カレーライスは500円だそうだ。次回の楽しみとしよう。
