JR名古屋駅から直結のタワーズプラザ13Fにあります。
今回は、特ロースかつ膳、大海老フライ(単品)、黒烏龍茶を注文しました。
ご飯、味噌汁、キャベツは、おかわり自由とのこと。キャベツは、某店に比べると少なめな印象です。味噌汁は、しじみの味噌汁でした。
特ロースかつ膳は、注文時に、かつを揚げるのに時間がかかるといわれます。肉厚なので、揚げるのに時間がかかるのだと思います。
特ロースかつ膳のかつは、厚切りですが、とても柔らかく、かつ肉の脂身が少なめで、アッサリとした感じでした。
大根おろしにわさびと大葉を吸ったものが、別皿で用意されており、醤油と合わせて、おろしかつぶうにすることが出来ます。
また、テーブル調味料にはありませんが、盆に塩がありました。ソース、塩、おろしと、いろいろなバリエーションで楽しむことが出来ます。塩派の自分としては、塩が用意されていたのは、ポイントが高いです。
大海老フライは、大振りの海老を半分に切った形で提供されました。プリプリの海老とタルタルソースの相性が良く、とても美味しかったです。
