お酒は萬歳楽 劔 山廃純米を燗でいただく。
今日は平日限定ランチの松花堂弁当。
まず食前酒のオリジナル冷酒と雪吊りの設えで先付。
先付には温かい胡麻豆腐、海鼠のおろしあえ、蕗の薹の天麩羅の3品。
梅の蒔絵が雅な椀に湯葉真薯の吸い物。
勝浦の鮪と愛知のミル貝のお造りは昆布醤油とちり酢でいただきました。
お弁当は牛肉すき焼きと鮭の西京焼きなどでおたふくをじゃがいもに焼き付けた茶碗蒸しにほっこりした。
