仕事が終わり、さて帰ろうかと事務所を出たところでいつもの飲み仲間とバッタリ。ちょうど帰るとこなら、軽く行く？という事で軽めに一杯。
会社近くの「やんや しゃくじ」さん。前から来たかったお店。お好み焼きメインの居酒屋さんです。
お好み焼きメインといっても、内装は落ち着いていて、ソファーのふかふかクッションもよし。靴を脱いで上がるので、妙にゆったりできます。
取り敢えずトマトスライスとビールで乾杯。
初見の今日は「イカお好み焼き」で。
美しいマヨグラデーションと、芳ばしいソースの薫り。分厚いですがフワフワで、まるでパンケーキみたい。お腹にもたれないのがいいです。
追加で頼んだ焼そばは、サンマとキノコが入った醤油味。秋の味覚を詰め込んでます。麺は硬めのストレートでさっぱり仕上げ。確かに醤油は正解。サンマとソースは想像つかないですからね。
サッと呑んで、サッと食べて、サッと帰る。
使い勝手がいいお店、リピ確定です。
