本格的な四川料理の香り
仕事の関係でルーセントタワーに出かけました。お昼は何食べようかと地下で以前外したので２階に行ってみました。
こういういい方はよくないですが２階のほうがよさそうなお店が並んでいます。オイスターバー、リストランテ、焼き肉・・・
その中に（といっても一番端ですよｗ）このお店があります。
お昼で単品料理は９００円前後、ランチセットにするとご飯かサラダ＋デザートで１３００円前後です。
最近ラーメンはよく食ってたけど、しばらく担担麺を食していなかったなぁと担担麺とご飯のセットを選びました。
週替わりメニューとして５品くらい用意してあります。
他には？？豚の酢豚、あんかけチャーハン、トマトと卵の炒め物、豚肉と？？の炒め物などどれも試してみたいものばかりです。
１２時前だったので割と空いていましたが、待っている間にだんだんと席は埋まっていきました。
ジャスミンティー：よい香りです。ポットでおいていてほしいですｗ
さほど待つことなく担担麺のお出ましです。エブロンが標準で用意されているのはうれしいですね
さてそのお味ですが、醤のすっきりとした香りがとてもよいです。びりびりくる辛さではないですがでも辛い。汗が噴き出してきますｗ
シャンツーや杏亭は香草の香りと酸味が個人的にはちょっと強すぎです。江南や百楽はゴマの香りが強めと思います。
そんななか醤の存在がしっかりと打ち出されており、大変おいしくいただけました。
ザーサイもとてもおいしく、こういうおまけ的な存在のものが美味しいお店っていいですよね。
最後は残ったスープにご飯投入！お約束な〆ごはんですが甘さが感じられて、言うまでもなく大変おいしかったです。

前回利用時は一人でランチでしたが、今日は2人で行ったので2,000円のランチコース（二名から受付）を頂きました。
サラダ：
水菜がシャキシャキで合わせに使われた海鮮ものも良いお味です。
エビと茸・野菜炒め（正式な名前ではありません）：
中華にしてはさほど脂っぽさを感じさせないながら、見事に野菜の甘みと旨みを引き出した炒めがすばらしいです。
焼き豆腐と豚ばら肉のうま煮（正式な名前ではありません）：
今日の料理で一番と感じたのがこちらです。焼き豆腐主体ながら合わせに使われた豚バラ肉の味が最高です。オイスターソース主体の味付けに後から八角の良い香り。
豆腐と合わせたのじゃなくて、この味付けで東坡肉いただきたくなりました。
麻婆豆腐：
ちょっと塩気が強いのが気になりましたが、さすがのお味だと思います。
言うまでもなくご飯がどんどんと進みましたｗ
これにご飯・スープ・ザーサイとデーザートがつきます。
店内はゆったりとした空間で、個室や半個室もあるようです。高級感を感じられる内観にも関わらずとてもリーズナブルでした。
