スープの風味がすごくいい、辛味の感じも良くズルズル食べてしまう坦々麺。芝麻醬と辣油が旨いのだろう、上品な感じだけど味はしっかりしている。麺もコシのあるしっかりタイプで、スープに良く合う。久しぶり旨い坦々麺を食べた。
