近くの耳鼻科へ行った帰りに、どうしても肉が食べたくて、目の前にあったペッパーランチへ。
ペッパーランチと言う名前は何度も聞いたことがあったが、実は一度も食べたことがなかった。
勝手にペッパーランチといえばステーキ！と言うイメージがあったが、どうやらビーフペッパーランチと言うものが人気らしい。鉄板に乗ったご飯の周りに生の牛肉が敷き詰められている、見た目にかなりインパクトがある！
だが、しかし、ステーキの気分だったので、ステーキにした。
ペッパーランチと言う名前だけあって、肉の上にはコショウが大量に振られていた。テーブルにも追いコショウが置かれており、これがペッパーランチか、と。
肉は、見た目ほぼ生肉！この鉄板で火が通るのか！？と、思っていたが、鉄板がいつまでも熱いままで程よい火加減になった。
また、ステーキの上に乗っている、ガーリックバターがうまい！
今度は、ビーフペッパーランチに挑戦してみたいと思う。
