さて今日はどうしょうか。
と銀行へ行った帰りに偶然見かけたラーメン屋さん。惹かれて入店。
初入店の場合にはその店の一番おすすめを食べたいものです。そのため醤油ベースで選んだのはメンマラーメン。
メニューには塩、味噌、期間限定地域ラーメン、つけ麺など豊富でした。
麺は2種から選べ、名古屋麺と多治見麺
名古屋麺は硬めのちぢれ麺だそうで歯応えしっかり。
多治見麺はややストレートで名古屋よりは優しい歯応えだそうです。
もちろん餃子はありますが13時からの販売。
丼物がランチはお安く提供。
夜はおでんとか串カツとかどて煮などツマミ系もあるので、軽く飲んで締めて帰るのもイメージできます。
いざ実食。
スープは塩味が優しく身体に良さそう。
味は決して濃くないが出汁が効いている。
鶏油、ネギ香もスープに合う。
チャーシューもほろほろ柔らかく、
メンマもしっかり煮込んであるので柔らかい。
麺は優しい歯応えでスルスルと入る。
なんだか懐かしさも感じる。
無化調は、人によっては淡白すぎると感じると思う。
私はスープも飲み干したけど、胃もたれも罪悪感もなく淡麗。素敵な一杯でした。
