今日は東京から娘たちが帰省、名駅辺りは大混雑、でも、比較的短い行列だったので、文化洋食店さんへ。私はポークステーキ、妻はカニクリームコロッケ、娘たちはオムライス、ハンバーグでした。少しづつ試食させてもらいましたが、味が繊細！ポークステーキ、ニンニクゴロゴロですが、肉の味がニンニクに負けてないです。柔らかくてジューシー、カニクリームコロッケもカニの身の繊維？が感じられて、蟹食べてるなーって実感。ココ、いいよ。
