名鉄百貨店9階のレストラン街に在るお店
桑名名物の蛤が入ったうどんがあるとの事でランチで伺いました。
単品より色々楽しめれると思い、焼蛤定食を頼みました。刺身や天ぷら、茶碗蒸し、ちらし寿司も付いてビールを頼んで堪能しました。
蛤焼きは折角鉄板にのってますが、コンロの火は消えてるので熱々ではありませんでした。
うどんは蛤の出汁がもう少し感じられたら良かったかも。
まあ、贅沢言わなければこんなもんかなレベル。
店員さんの接客レベルの改善を期待します。
