至近距離にある肉玉中華そば 轟さんを訪問
するべくここまでやって参りました。その
途中メニュー看板の海鮮丼に目が留まって
ここでも良いよねと言いながら轟さん前に
着た訳ですが２０名程の並びを見て早々に
諦めて海鮮丼目当てで逆戻りしました。
一見高そうな雰囲気を醸し出していますが
外メニュー看板から価格は安心出来るので
扉を開けると左手にカウンター席で奥や上
にテーブル席完備で満員御礼状態でしたね。
奥のテーブル席が丁度空いたので滑り込む。
スグ理解出来たのが従業員皆さんの元気の
良さ。気持ち良い対応に加え活気が凄いの
です。接客業に携わる我々からするとこの
活気は素晴らしいの一言であります。
■今日の福助 海鮮丼 温玉のせ
海鮮丼の盛付けはやや厳しいですが味の方
はなかなか良いのです。赤出汁と煮ものと
漬物とバナナも付いて１,０００円 丁度は
有難いですね。
総じて、
ヒレカツや天丼もありますのでそちらも良
さげと思いましたが他のお客様に提供され
ている料理を見た限りはこの海鮮丼が１番
良さそうでしたね。ランチタイムは激混み
ですが回転率は悪く無さそうでした。
