名古屋名物あんかけスパゲッティのお店。
こちら、インディアンソースがあるんです。
インディアンソースとは即ちカレー。
昔はインディアンソースを選べるお店がもっと多かったように記憶しているのですが、最近は少なくなってなかなか見つけるのが大変。
しかしこちらはインディアンソースも人気のようで、僕の他にも頼んでいる方がちらほらいました。
インディアンデラックスを注文。
通称インデラ。
デラックスはトンカツが乗ります。
鉄板で提供されるのでカレーが焦げつくかなと思ったのですが、麺と鉄板の間に薄焼き卵の層があり、これが焦げ付きを防いでいるのがとても良いです。
卵をはみ出したところは程よく焦げがあるのですが、この焦げが全面だと違うなと。卵があることによって色々な意味合いが出ていて良かったです。
カレー自体も洋食的ビーフカレーで、ご飯にも合いそうですがこれにタバスコをかけて食べるのが醍醐味。
美味しかった。
また食べたいカレースパです。
