Kushitatsu and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) are also serious! Freshness is the key to beef offal. We purchase our products every day with a focus on freshness and plumpness of fat. We visited soy sauce manufacturers in Hakata many times to carefully examine the seasonings. I have recreated Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) that I used to eat in Hakata. We are proud of the authentic taste that even the locals will appreciate. The final Champon noodles are carefully selected and ordered from a noodle factory in Yokohama. Champon noodles have a texture like no other, so please try it as a finishing touch♪ In addition to the standard soy sauce, we also have salt Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), original tomato Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), and mentaiko Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)! |
I went there again this time because I wanted to eat mentaiko Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). Delicious as always. It was crowded with about 80% of customers! There are still very few shochu rocks. LOL I can't say anything because I don't have any photos... So, in terms of cost performance, it's not that good. But I keep coming back because the mentaiko Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is delicious. lol Thank you for the meal!
