ＣＰ抜群のお寿し屋さん
会社帰りによく通るし自宅からほど近いため、いつか行きたいと思っていました。名古屋 太閤通りの「道楽寿し」さん。今日はランチで訪店です。
カウンターに鎮座し、ランチ「上盛り合わせ大盛り」を注文。茶碗蒸し付きでなんと¥950也。安い！
シャリも多めで握ってくれます。嬉しい！
ネタは、鉄火巻きにマグロ、海老、タイとスタンダード。
最近はスーパーや回転寿司も基本「シャリロボ」。「寿司を握る」と言うより「シャリにネタをのせる」が正しい。
こちらのお店は当然職人さんが握ってくれますから、正真正銘「握り」。それが1,000円以下なんて、ほぼ奇跡です。
空気を多く含んだシャリは、大きくても軽め。口に運んだ途端ホロリと崩れます。うん、美味い。改めて「シャリロボ」に慣れすぎてしまった事を反省。
子供の頃、ごく稀に父親がカウンターの寿司屋に連れて行ってくれました。
自分も一人でカウンターに座り寿司を食べるようになると、今更ながら「俺もオヤジになったな」と思います。
コロナが落ち着いたら、夜行きたいですね。

I used to think that I would like to go there someday, but recently it has become a restaurant that I go to normally. "Doraku Jushi". Since it is in the neighborhood, I use it on a daily basis. The nice thing is that there is lunch not only on weekdays but also on Sundays and holidays. And it's cheap and delicious. Today, Sunday, the usual "top Sushi large portion" and beer. ¥1,750 。 The beer at noon is especially good. Shari ordered a large amount. The volume is also satisfactory. The headed shrimp are also large, and the squid is sweet. Shari, which crumbles into pieces, is also good. This is not miso soup, but steamed tea bowls instead. This is also my favorite point. Still, if it's only for lunch, it's ¥1,050, so it's an excellent PC. A store that lowered the threshold of a Sushi shop for me at once. Thanks to this, I can now go to various Sushi shops. It was delicious again today.
