When I made a reservation online, I was directed to the counter. I went alone, and there were no other customers, so I was able to eat at my own pace. General? It was fun to talk with the old man. I vaguely remember, but I think he said that the shop has been around since the Edo period or so. I apologize if I'm wrong.
