名古屋駅から数分、亀島方向にある鉄板焼き屋『創作鉄板 鉄生 名駅店』さん♪
グルメな友人から｢美味しい鉄板焼きのお店があるよ｣と聞き、早速行ってきました！
店内は活気ある明るい雰囲気で、カウンターに通されましたが、目の前が鉄板ですので、パフォーマンスが楽しめます (*^^*)
元プロボクサーの店長さんが目の前で作ってくださいますから、ライブ感が味わえ、美味しさも倍増です！！
それに、この日、お客様として有名人が来店していたので、お話ししたり、一緒に写真を撮ったり・・ 楽しいひとときでした (^_^)v

卵液を横に長く薄くのばし、クルクルッと巻き上げていく出汁巻き玉子は、とろとろ、ふわっふわ～♪
もんじゃ焼きはお出汁が効いていて風味よく、海鮮類など具だくさんで、最後まで熱々でいただけて美味し～い (^∇^)
お好み焼きもフンワリしてて極上の味わい！
なんと、こだわりのお好み焼きは、小麦粉を一切使用せず、山芋100%の生地なので軽くてヘルシー！！
お肉などの鉄板焼きも美味しく、他に気になるメニューもあるので、また是非鉄板焼きをいただきに『鉄生』さんに行きたいですね (^_-)-☆
