名古屋駅桜橋口北側ルーセントタワーB1「名古屋名物 名古屋丸八食堂」さんに。
初名古屋。初名古屋飯。
名古屋駅回りで調べてヒットしました。
味噌カツからひつまぶしまで名古屋名物が揃い踏みな屋台村のような形態のお店。
楽しみです。
一つのお店でとにかくいろいろな名古屋名物を出す！だとどれも中途半端になりそうですが、こちらは屋台村形式なので
味噌カツは「矢場とん」
ひつまぶしは「うな匠」
きしめん・天むすの「カネ勘」
名古屋コーチンの「鳥開総本家」
というように、それぞれのプロが集り、一つのお店でそれらが食べられるというお上りさんにはうってつけなお店。
術中にしっかりはまっていろいろ食べれました(笑)

薄めで大判のロースカツ
味噌とソースのハーフ＆ハーフで。
・名古屋コーチン手羽先唐揚げ 2本460円
名古屋名物を一度に二つクリアできる？パリパリおいしい。
・味噌煮込みきしめん 920円
名古屋名物を一度に二つクリアできるシリーズ(笑)
・天むす2個 きしめんとセットで160円
食べたついでに天むすググる。三重県の天ぷら屋さんの賄いがルーツだそう。だから一口で食べれるように小さいそうです。なるほど。
どれもおいしく、名古屋飯文化面白い。
ただとびきりうまい！はない感じですがね(笑)
八丁味噌の独特な感じがビシッとはまらない理由ですかね(苦笑)
