予約はできるようだが、二件目だったので直行。何回か電話をかけてみたが繋がらなかった。
ほぼ満席。 100名店なので時間帯によっては予約必須そう。
◾️アクセス・外観
名駅から10分くらい。国際センターからが近いが、名駅からでも行ける距離。
◾️席数・内観
席数は45席(カウンター7席)で、各テーブルに鉄板がある。歴史を感じる。
カウンターに座ると目の前で広い鉄板でぽんぽんと広島焼きが作られていく様が楽しい。
◾️スタッフ・サービス
必要十分な対応。
◾️メニュー
お好み焼きをベースに、広島カープ選手の名前を冠したトッピングのお好み焼きが多数。一品ものもかなり種類がありどれも美味しそう。
◾️料理
・森下スペシャル(モッツァレラ、マヨ、目玉焼きトッピング)…やっぱり麺が入ると美味しい。ソースは甘め。チーズのもちっと食感が良い。
・砂肝とニンクキの黒胡椒炒め…ごろっと大きい砂肝。とても良いつまみ。
・鉄板屋さんのポテサラ…ベーシックなポテサラを焼いて焼き目をつけている。

・カープびいき(芋焼酎)…ロックだといっぱい注いでくれた。
お酒は幅広く、大衆居酒屋ラインナップ。
祝前日のゴールデンタイムは予約必須かも。二件目に空いてたら行く、くらいの使い方が良さそう。
