名古屋にある広島。
名古屋駅から歩いても行ける国際センターすぐ。
名古屋の広島カープファンにはたまらないお店。
いつも混んでるイメージだったけど、月曜日の夜早めの時間にフラッと前を通ったら空いていたからもちろん入った。
オーダーは普通メニューと広島カープの選手の名前がメニューになってるものがあったりとなかなか決めるのに時間がかかる…。
冬だし牡蠣好きだしってことで、牡蠣の入った黒田博樹をオーダー。
待つこと10分ちょい？で提供された広島焼きは上に大ぶりの牡蠣が3個。
パリッと仕上がってる麺と生地の食感と中のしっとりとしたエリアのコンビネーションがたまらない。
おたふくソースたっぷりかけて熱々を食べると美味しいね。
