■北海道仙鳳趾産（なんて読むんだろ？）生牡蠣
他の方の口コミ通り、なんてクリーミー！白子のような食感です。海水の塩気が全くないのが不思議。
■広島産カキフライ
衣がもう少し薄い方が牡蠣の食感が活きるかも。
■漬け牡蠣炙り焼き
これまた生牡蠣とは違った風味が美味しい。
■牡蠣の天ぷら
衣が薄い分、牡蠣の味わいが楽しい。クリーミークリーミー。
■サンタ リタ ヒーローズ シャルドネ
デキャンタでお願いしました。キリリとした辛口で好みです。食べログの写真投稿ではピノグリッジョもあったんだけど、現在のワインリストからは消えていて残念。
■まとめ
平日のお昼はランチで近隣のお勤めの方で賑わうそうですが、土日は落ち着いた感じでゆっくりできました。
