顧客と会食で焼肉に行くと、誰かが「皿から網へ」→「焼けたら各皿配布」という役割を担い、自分の好みの焼き具合にならない。
ちなみに自分は「レア」好みだが、焼いてくれているのを見て「あぁ焼きすぎ」と思いながらも早めに手を出して取り上げるわけにもいかず…。
焼きすぎて縮こまった牛タンを残念な気持ちで食すことも少なくない。
特に端数の最後の一枚は誰も手を出さずに網の上でカリカリベーコンみたいになっていくことも。
しかしここはサーブされる段階から1人ずつに分けられている。これは良いシステム。
