Enjoy delicious naan curry
This Indian Nepalese Cuisine is located in Nakamura Ward, and its gorgeous orange exterior is very eye-catching. The nearest station is Nakamura Ward Office Station on the subway, so it is relatively close to the station. It is within walking distance from Nagoya Station. This time, I visited during lunch time on a weekday. I ordered the 800 yen B set (one type of curry, naan or rice, salad, drink). I could choose from four types of curry, so I chose spinach chicken curry. In addition, soups that are not listed on the menu are also served. The menu did not say whether to change the naan, but when I asked, it was okay, so I changed it to cheese naan. The price was 200 yen. I also asked if I could have a refill of plain naan, and it was okay, so I got one. The total was 1,000 yen. ◯Food/Taste...It was solid and delicious. ・Spinach Chicken Curry The flavor of spinach and garlic was strong, and it spread in my mouth. I like it. The chicken was large and crumbly. The amount of curry itself was sufficient. It was delicious.・Cheese naan It was hot and had soft, melty cheese. It was a Side Dishes type cheese naan with a little sweetness that you can enjoy the taste of the cheese itself. The size and the volume of cheese were both sufficient. Recently, I've been eating a lot of cheese naan where the amount of cheese is uneven depending on the position, so this cheese naan had cheese everywhere, which made me feel that it was even more well-made. This was also good. ・Plain naan The size was normal. There was not much butter spread on the surface, so it looked dry. The outside was crispy and the inside was chewy. The texture was a little hard and chewy. The taste was slightly sweet and went well with curry. ・Salad A normal cabbage-based salad. The dressing was a common sweet orange one. ・Soup A slightly thick curry-flavored soup. ◯Service...The lunch set was basic, and there were only five types of curry to choose from, which was simple. Personally, I think it would be nice if there was a tomato-based option. Refills of naan were free, and you could change the naan for an additional fee. The waiter was a foreigner, but as other reviews have said, he was always smiling and I was impressed. He guided me to a cool place and made sure to give me water. When I asked for a refill of naan, he replied, "Thank you for the refill of naan." I don't think I've ever heard someone say that to me before. Atmosphere: The interior and background music had a foreign feel to it. I didn't see the whole place, so I don't know the details, but it seemed to be quite spacious, with a counter on the second floor to the left of the entrance, and table seats in the semi-basement and second floor to the right. It was less crowded than I expected, probably because it was past the lunchtime peak, and I was the only one using the counter. I was able to eat at a leisurely pace. Value for money: The price was about average for the price range. The food was well prepared, so I didn't feel bad. Overall: The menu was basic, but the quality of the food was high and I think it's a restaurant where you can enjoy the deliciousness of naan curry. Next time I'd like to try a different curry and naan.

■We have a set menu where you can enjoy authentic Indian and Nepalese Cuisine at a great price♪ We also have a KIDS set for children! Our recommendation for dinner time is the all-you-can-drink set th |
This time I went on a curry tour. I went to "Naan Curry House". It's been more than four years since I last went there. This is my second time. Last time I ordered a lunch set, so I decided to try the single curry. However, from what I saw on the menu, there wasn't anything particularly special, and it was the kind of thing you can get anywhere. I thought that the korma was what I was really interested in, so I ordered two: ・Chicken korma curry (900 yen including tax) ・Plain naan (250 yen including tax). I was given soup as a service, so the total price was 1,150 yen. ◯Food/Taste...It's not a particularly distinctive dish, but it's a delicious naan curry. It's a common type. ・Chicken korma curry Rich, using cream and nuts. It's like a curry-flavored chicken cream stew. It also has a coconut-like taste, and is a mild, easy-to-eat curry. It goes very well with naan. ・Plain naan Sweet, fluffy and soft. A standard dish for naan curry restaurants. ・Soup A thick soup with beaten eggs. There's also something that seems to be a spicy chicken oil. It also had spices in it. ◯Service...The staff's friendliness hasn't changed. If I were to be greedy, I would be happy if they could expand the variety of dishes and set menus a little more if they were aiming for something special. There aren't many Nepalese Cuisine, which are a recent trend, and some of them are not available. ◯Atmosphere...It's the same as last time. ◯Value for money...There's nothing particularly special about the value for money, but it's not that expensive compared to other restaurants, it's just average. ◯Overall...There are some restaurants where you can find something different from the lunch menu when you look at the dinner menu or order, but this wasn't the case here, and it was standard, or rather, just like the usual naan curry restaurant. However, it's a good place because you can use such restaurants without any worries.
