名古屋市中村区にある柳橋中央市場。
その１階に入る焼肉店、平日の１５時頃に昼飲み目的で２人での訪問。
テーブル席に案内され、このメニューを注文してみた。

店内はカウンター席やテーブル席が並び、大衆焼肉店そのものといった雰囲気。
平日のこの時間帯だからか、客は終始我々のみだった。
この日は夜勤明けに軽く飲もうと、４年振り通算５回目の訪問。
軽くのつもりだったが、１リットルの生ビールを早々に飲み干しメガ角ハイへ続く本気モード(笑)
焼肉メニューを注文するとテーブルに七輪が置かれ、火力はやや弱かったがじっくり焼きながら頂く。
牛タンはしっかり厚みがあり、柔らかいハラミも美味しい。
鶏せせりは大好物だが、プリッとしつつしっかりとした歯応えを味わえる。
いずれも塩か味噌で味付けを選べるが、私は断然塩がオススメ。
此方では焼肉以外に居酒屋メニューも多く、居酒屋メニューのみの注文も可能。
ゴリゴリ食感の軟骨の唐揚げ、こういう揚げ物は特にハイボールが合う。
お通しはセルフで、この日はキムチやニラ玉など５種が用意されている。
いらない物を提供されるより、好きな物を取れるシステムは嬉しい。
逆に対応の悪さは悲しかった。
