今日は上司2人とやって来ましたこちらのお店。
平日の12:00ちょっと前。まだ空いている。
ネギたっぷりピビンバセットをオーダー。
韓国行った時、ガイドさんが、日本ではビビンバって言うけど正式にはピビンバなんだとか。

毎日寒い日が続く。「北陸出身なら寒さには強いやろ？」とよく言われること多いけど、そんな訳ない。逆に乾燥していて寒いからこっちの方がキツく感じることも。そんな日は、スンドゥブということで、やって来ましたこちらのお店。
石鍋にぐつぐつで登場。熱々の豆腐、白菜、あさり、豚肉、ネギ、生卵、温まります。なんか以前より具が減ったような…。
まぁ、美味しゅうございました♪
ランチ時、忙しいのはわかるけど、接客はもっと丁寧にした方が良いと思いますよ。味は美味しいんだからもったいない。
