中華バルのお店。
丁寧な応対に迎えられて入店。
タパス4周盛り、焼き餃子、水餃子パクチー、水餃子マーガオ、青花椒のフライドポテト、海老とイカの藻塩炒めを注文。
全体的に、中華スパイスを上手く効かせた料理という印象で新鮮な味わいで美味しいです。
フライドポテトは青花椒が効いていてお酒が進みます。
焼き餃子は薄皮の焼き餃子で塩でいただくスタイル、あっさりしていて美味しいです。
水餃子は皮の食感がとても良かったです。通常だと茹でて皮がかなり柔らかくなっているものが多いですが、程よく水分を含んだ感じでザックリとした食感。
お値段もリーズナブルでとても、良かったです。
