I stopped by to have dinner. The shop is located on the first floor of a multi-tenant building along the main road near Yanagibashi Market, and there are only table seats inside. For the dishes, we ordered the famous 3-second roast, senmai sashimi, top tongue salt, top short ribs, loin, skirt steak, and namul sashimi. It doesn't mean that it will bake in 3 seconds, but that it will melt in 3 seconds when you put it in your mouth. The staff will usually grill the meat for you, but if you want to grill it yourself, they will give you tongs.
