１１月の平日の朝７時５０分頃に市場に来たついでに伺いました。満席で、待ちです。店内は、カウンター10席と2人掛け席一つで、１２名で満席です。待つこと、１０分弱、入店。メニューを見ると、味噌カツ丼５５０円とお得なお店ですが、せっかくの市場内お店なので、天然中トロ丼の蕎麦セット１１５０円を選択。朝から少し贅沢。
暫くして、着丼。
そばの鰹出汁が香ります。そう、ここはきしめん屋さんでした。まずはそばが伸びないように、天かすを入れて、一口。お蕎麦は、市販のお蕎麦と思われますが、出汁が少し濃いめで美味しい。きっと、きしめんに合うだろう。
そして、中トロ丼。脂が乗った美味しいマグロです。一見赤身のような所もあるのですが、美味しい中トロです。さすが、市場の食堂です。丼、そば共に盛りは少なく、両方で一人前です。
朝から美味しいものを頂きました。ご馳走様でした
