マイエリアにオープンをした焼鳥屋さんに
伺いましたが、予約も入れていなかったので
満席で入れず(ノД`)・゜・。でも気分は
やっぱり焼鳥よね！とテクテクと四間道に
移動し風月さんへまいりました。
実はこちらは2度も伺っているのですが
毎度、満席で縁がなく3度目のリベンジ。
四間道内のお店右近のJr.さんの
お店なんですって。
お靴を脱いで店内へ♪
シックで和のスタイリッシュな落ち着いた
雰囲気☆とても焼鳥屋さんとは思えない。
半個室を中心としカウンターが4席☆彡
備長炭でじっくり焼き上げています。
煙はご無用。仕切りガラスでモクモクは無し！
懐石焼鳥と謳っているお店なのでコースが
主ですがアラカルトもあります。
お猪口を選んで
愛知県豊田の限定にごり酒「菊石」を。
甘口ですがスッキリとした後味。
良く冷やすと益々、美味しい。

旨味醤油が掛かかりトローリ。
美味しいです。お替わりしたい！
☆生野菜
自家製甘味噌とお豆腐と練り胡麻2種類のディップ。
これなら大きなカットでもザクザクいける。

身が分厚くて食べ応えあります。

レアな焼きでグッ。
☆トマト＆ベーコン
アツアツに気を付けて…。プッチーン♪
☆手羽先
皮はパリッ。中はジューシー。
☆肝たれ
フワフワとろけそう～。
焼鳥は1本300円～500円。どれも
美味しかったです。
名古屋は鶏肉を良く食す土地柄ですが
焼鳥は外れることはホント少ないです。
次回はゆっくりと懐石焼鳥コースで
堪能したいと思います。ご馳走さま～。
