コースの〆に食事orデザートを選ぶシステムに疑問@愛知県名古屋市中村区那古野
令和2年8月ディナーで利用しました
靴を脱いで個室へ案内されました。
お店は薄暗い雰囲気です。
お試し「花」コースを注文‼️
前菜三種では
イチジクの味噌掛け
川越産のざる豆腐
おくらのもろこし餡
もろこし餡がとても美味しかった。
どうやって作るのか気になりました。
名古屋コーチンのたたきは
レアかよく焼きか聞かれたのでよく焼きでお願いしました。歯ごたえがありますねー。味付けも濃いめで美味しいです。
焼き茄子と雲丹のゼリー寄せ
雲丹を感じられず、味覚を失いました。
ここで串物1本目
ネギマは皮のカリカリさが最高で脂ものってて美味しい
彩り野菜の盛合せ 自家製ソース
提供のタイミングが良いですね
串物2本目
なんだろ？？
矢生姜の豚バラ巻き
うーん。よく分からない。
串物3本目
ウズラの味玉は半熟が理想ですがこちらは味もついていてよく茹で焼きタイプでした。なかなか美味しい。
花コースではラストの串物4本目
レバー とても好みの味でした。
足りないので
アラカルトで串物5本目は つくね
やっぱりタレって落ち着く〜

食事かデザートのどちらかが選べるという変わったシステム
どーして両方出してくれないのかなー
疑問です。

3.マンゴーアイスクリーム
担々麺を選びましたが、辛さはほとんどないですが、平打麺とスープは、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったので良しとしましょうか。
トータル的には
串物はとても美味しかった。
一品物は満足度は低いかな。
サービス面では、キャストの応対はとても好感がもてますが、コース内容の〆は疑問が残りました。
