やっぱり接客が…
こちらのお店は久しぶりに訪問しました。
前回苦い思い出があり、もう二度と行かないかなと思っていたのですが
お隣の今半さんにはちょくちょくお邪魔していて
久々行ってみようかと思って店長の山下さんにお願いして席を取って頂きました。
景色の良いカウンター席に案内して下さいました。
見晴らしは抜群です。
お料理も凄く美味しかったです。

やっぱり
接客が…
鉄板焼きのお店って
結構行ってますが
シェフの方凄く愛想いいし楽しそうにパフォーマンスとかもあったり
ここのお店のシェフの方はみなさん無口で下を向いていて
話しかけづらいというか
お客様を楽しませるという感じではないです。
スタッフ全員がピリピリしていて
居心地は良くないです。
お料理は凄く美味しかったので
凄く残念でした。

お昼に行きました。
ランチのコースも色々ありましたが、私達はシャトーブリアンが頂きたかったので電話でお願いしました。
まず、スタッフの方にそれが伝わっていませんでした。
ワインをボトルで飲み7万円払いました。
お支払いが済んだら急にほったらかしにされ、帰る時ありがとうございましたの一言も無く、お見送りもありませんでした。
こんなに後味の悪いお店は初めてでした。
二度と行きません。
お肉はとても美味しかったのに残念です。

今回はコースではなくアラカルトで伊勢海老と鮑とお肉を少しだけ
鮑は絶滅危惧種に追加されてしまって蝦夷鮑なのでと
半額にして下さいました。
全然引けを取らない大きさで美味しかったです。
伊勢海老も小さめでしたがぷりぷり
楽しい新年のスタートになりました。
