その友人と予約して伺いました。
場所は四間道、場所に馴染む高級感ある和風な趣の建物。
店内は個室で落ち着いており、コロナ対策も万全で会話も食事も楽しめます♪

先ずはビールで喉を潤し、先付のタルタルをよく混ぜながら頂きます。
河内鴨のタタキはまだ仄かに温かく、弾力ある肉質に鴨の旨味が溢れんばかり。
焼き葱も添えられており、鉄板のカモネギは最高です！
彩り鮮やかな鴨八寸、思わず迷い箸するほど選ぶのが楽しく悩ましい。
中でも河内鴨の肝時雨煮、牡蠣のオイル煮はお代わりしたいくらい♪
堪らず日本酒にチェンジ！
おすすめ日本酒の積善、秋鹿、月不見の池を順に飲み比べ。
注文する度に酒器が選べるので楽しく、美味しいお酒がより一層美味しく感じます♪
かに真丈のお吸い物は、予約してくれた友人がお店にリクエスト。
フワッとした食感の真丈は、繊細なお出汁の味わいと相まって絶品！
グルメな友人がリクエストするだけありますね♪
秋を演出する稲穂の米菓子と共に揚げ物が到着。
鴨のミートコロッケなんて初めて！
松茸のフライも大きくて贅沢に使われてます。
いよいよメインの鴨鍋、本当は一人ひと鍋ですが追加料金払って全品頂きました。
２人でシェアして３鍋は、食べ頃逃さない様につまむのに大忙し！（笑）
食べ比べた結論、どの鍋食べても満足出来ます。
ただし、鴨しゃぶだけ締めに雑炊選べるので雑炊派は鴨しゃぶですね。
もちろん締めの蕎麦も、染み渡る美味しさですよ♪
デザートも手抜き無くて美味でした。
スタッフさんの対応も気持ちよく、記念日や接待などでも使えるお店ですね。
こんなに鴨料理を堪能したのは初めてカモ！
