いつか食べてみたいと思っていた味仙、名古屋駅で2時間の時間調整があったので、少し早い夕食で17時に訪店しました。
10人ほどの行列がありましたが、回転率がよく10分ほどの待ち時間で席に案内されました。
台湾ラーメン生卵入り1,000円を注文、五分ほどて着丼と非常にスピーディーなサービスです。
そのままスープを啜ると、最初に鶏ガラスープの旨味を感じ、すぐに唐辛子の辛さが追ってくる感じです。
軽くむせながら麺を啜ると、挽肉から出た脂がラードのように絡み、そこそこ辛いが辛過ぎないという絶妙な加減です。
生卵を混ぜるとかなりマイルドになり食べやすくなりますので、辛さが不安な方は良いと思います。
スープの底に沈んでいる挽肉を掬っているうちに全部飲み干してしまいました。
初味仙大満足です、ご馳走様でした。
