ささしまのストリングホテル2Fにある、シェフズライブキッチンさんにお邪魔してきました。
ホテル内は凄く綺麗で、2Fまで辿り着くと、お洒落なイタリアン料理が沢山並べられたお店を発見しました。
どの料理も可愛くてお洒落な料理ばかり並んでいる。
すぐにでも手に取りたい気持ちを抑えて奥のテーブル席へ。
人が少ないところが良いとリクエストをすると、人が少ない奥の席をご用意して下さっていて、その対応力に感動。
スタッフさんが最初のスパークリングワインをついでくださり、バイキングスタート。
この日はイタリアンがメインのバイキングでしたので、イタリアンが沢山並べられておりましたが、中にはお寿司やうどんなどもありました。
１つ１つの量が少ないので、取りに行く回数はめちゃくちゃ増えます。
種類が沢山あるわけではなかったので、何度も同じ商品を食べていましたが、全部美味しかったです。
お洒落な空間で美味しいイタリアンを食べながらお酒を飲む。
こんな贅沢をさせて頂いた先輩に感謝です。
